Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview of Academy Tuition & Services

Aura Model Management LLC ("Aura," "we," "our") provides professional modeling training programs, workshops, digital portfolio production, and talent development services. Because our academy maintains strict cohort limits, highly personalized instructor-to-student ratios, and reserved professional photography studio time, specific cancellation and refund guidelines apply to all educational purchases and service agreements.

By completing your tuition payment or registering for any training program on auramodels.us, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms outlined within this Return & Refund Policy.

2. Three-Day Right of Rescission (Cancellation Window)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection standards and educational enrollment regulations in the United States, students or their legal guardians may cancel their enrollment agreement and request a 100% full refund of all tuition fees paid, provided that the cancellation notice is submitted in writing to billing@auramodels.us within **three (3) business days** of initial enrollment, and prior to the commencement of the first scheduled class or workshop session.

3. Tuition Refunds After Program Commencement

Once a training program, masterclass, or cohort has officially commenced, tuition fees become strictly non-refundable, except under extraordinary extenuating circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our administration.

• Before First Class: Full refund minus a $150 administrative processing fee.
• Within Week 1 of Classes: 50% tuition refund eligibility, subject to administrative approval.
• After Week 1 / Mid-Program: 0% refund eligibility due to committed studio booking and curriculum allocation.

4. Digital Portfolio Production & Photoshoot Fees

Fees associated with professional test shoots, digital polaroid sessions, makeup artistry, and photographer compensation are entirely non-refundable once the photoshoot session has been scheduled, booked, or executed, as third-party creative contractors are compensated immediately upon render.
